To the draft decision of the Rudny City Maslikhat "On Amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat dated December 30, 2024 No. 188 "On the city budget of the city of Rudny for 2025-2027"
The state institution Rudn City Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Rudny City Akimat has developed a draft decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat "On Amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat dated December 30, 2024 No. 188 "On the city budget of the city of Rudny for 2025-2027".
The purpose of developing this draft decision is to clarify the parameters of the Rudny city budget for 2025-2027.
The project was developed in accordance with Articles 106, 109 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The adoption of the draft is necessary in order to ensure the smooth functioning of budgetary institutions and state-owned enterprises in compliance with budget legislation, as well as the high-quality execution of the Rudny city budget as of December 31, 2025.
The draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
The draft decision is posted on the Internet portal of open budgets.
