to the draft decision of the Rudny city Maslikhat "On lowering the tax rate when applying a special tax regime based on a simplified declaration in the city of Rudny"
The State institution "Rudn City Maslikhat Staff" has developed a draft decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat "On lowering the tax rate when applying a special tax regime based on a simplified declaration in the city of Rudny" (hereinafter referred to as the draft decision).
The purpose of developing this draft solution is to support small and medium-sized businesses and maintain business sustainability by reducing the tax burden.
The expected result is that from January 1, 2026, a reduced tax rate will be applied (from 4% to 3%), which will help improve the business climate, reduce the tax burden on entrepreneurs and have a positive impact on the development of the local economy.
The draft decision was developed in accordance with Article 726 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
