to the draft decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat "On the cancellation of certain decisions of the Rudn City Maslikhat"
The State institution "Rudn City Maslikhat Staff" has developed a draft decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat "On the cancellation of certain decisions of the Rudn City Maslikhat" (hereinafter referred to as the draft decision).
The purpose of developing this draft decision is to bring it into line with current legislation.
The draft decision was developed in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", as well as in accordance with the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs dated July 28, 2025 No. 121 "On Amendments to the Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Law No. 13 dated January 16, 2018 "On some issues of Evaluating the activities of administrative Civil servants"
The draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
The draft decision is not subject to posting on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts.
