to the draft decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat "On Amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat dated March 28, 2024 No. 120 "On Determining the amount and Procedure for housing assistance"
The Rudn City Department of Employment and Social Programs State Institution has developed a draft decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat "On Amendments to Maslikhat Decision No. 120 dated March 28, 2024 "On Determining the Amount and Procedure for Housing Assistance" (hereinafter referred to as the draft decision).
The purpose of developing this draft decision is to bring it into line with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft decision was developed in accordance with the order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 28, 2025 No. 279 "On Amendments and Additions to the Order of the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 2023 No. 117 "On Approval of the Rules for the provision of Housing assistance", which specifies the calculation of the amount of housing assistance in within the limits of the specified norms.
The draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
