The State Institution “Rudnensky City Department of Land Relations” of the Akimat of the city of Rudny has developed a draft resolution of the Akimat of the city of Rudny “On the establishment of a public easement for the joint-stock company "Sokolovsko-Sarbai Mining and Processing Production Association" on a land plot”
The draft resolution was developed in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
