to the draft resolution of the Akimat of the city of Rudny "On the establishment of a public easement for the state institution "Kostanay Department of State Property and Privatization of the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on land plots"
The State Institution "Rudny City Department of Land Relations" of the Akimat of the city of Rudny has developed a draft resolution of the Akimat of the city of Rudny "On the establishment of a public easement for the state institution "Kostanay Department of State Property and Privatization of the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on land plots."
The draft resolution was developed in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
The draft resolution is not subject to posting on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts.
