to the draft resolution of the Akimat of the city of Rudny «On establishing the amount of payment for the use of housing from the state housing stock»
The Rudny City Department of Housing Relations of the Rudny city Akimat has developed a draft resolution of the Rudny city Akimat "On setting the amount of payment for the use of housing from the State housing Stock at the address Rudny, 50 let Oktyabrya Street, house No. 50".
The project was developed in accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 1 of Article 97 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", Order No. 306 of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Construction and Housing and Communal Services dated August 26, 2011 "On approval of the Calculation Methodology the amount of payment for the use of housing from the state housing fund" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 7232).
The draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
