The State Institution “Rudnensky City Department of Land Relations” of the Akimat of the city of Rudny has developed a draft resolution of the Akimat of the city of Rudny “On the establishment of a public easement to the state institution “Rudnensky City Department of Construction” of the Akimat of the city of Rudny for land plot.”
The draft resolution was developed in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
