To the draft resolution of the Akimat of the city of Rudny "On invalidation of the Resolution of the Akimat of the city of Rudny dated June 22, 2020 No. 520 "On determining criteria for the selection of types of alienation of communal property"
The Rudny City Finance Department State Institution of the Rudny City Akimat has developed a draft resolution of the Rudny City Akimat "On Invalidation of Resolution No. 520 of the Rudny City Akimat dated June 22, 2020 "On Determining Criteria for Selecting Types of Alienation of Communal Property" (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution).
The purpose of developing this draft resolution is to bring it into line with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft resolution was developed in accordance with article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts".
The draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
