The draft decision of the Rudnensky city Maslikhat "On approval of the tourist contribution rate for foreigners for 2025 in the city of Rudny" was developed in accordance with paragraph 2-10 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-government in Of the Republic of Kazakhstan", by Order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 14, 2023 No. 181 "On approval of the Rules for paying the tourist fee for foreigners".
The adoption of this project does not entail socio–economic and/or legal consequences.
