The State Institution “ Apparatus of akim of the Village of Gornyatsky ” of the Akimat of the city of Rudny has developed a draft solution
“On the establishment of a public easement to the limited liability partnership “Rudnensky Heating Networks” for land plots.”
The draft resolution was developed in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
