PRESS RELEASE
To the draft resolution of the Akimat of the city of Rudny "On the definition and approval of locations of non-stationary commercial facilities in the territory of the city of Rudny".
The project was developed in accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", paragraph 73 of the Rules of Internal Trade approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 27, 2015 No. 264 "On approval of the Rules of Internal Trade trade".
The adoption of this draft resolution does not entail socio–economic and/or legal consequences.
