To the draft resolution of the city of Rudny "On amending the resolution of the Akimat of the city of Rudny dated May 27, 2022 No. 676 "On determining and approving the locations of non-stationary commercial facilities on the territory of the city of Rudny" The draft was developed in accordance with subparagraph 4-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Government and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 50 of the Rules of Internal Trade, article 27 of the Law "On Regulation of Trade activities", paragraph 2-1 of Article 10 "On regulation of trade activities".
