The draft joint resolution of the Akimat of the city of Rudny and the decision of the Rudny city Maslikhat «On the establishment of benefits for certain categories of citizens of the city of Rudny for commuter public transport (except taxis)» was developed in accordance with Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Transport in the Republic of Kazakhstan», the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic Kazakhstan».
The purpose of adopting this draft joint resolution of the akimat of the city of Rudny and the decision of the Rudny city Maslikhat is to establish benefits for certain categories of citizens to travel by suburban public transport.
