to the draft decision of the Rudnensky city Maslikhat
"On amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat dated August 25, 2020 No. 510 "On the organization and holding of peaceful assemblies""
The draft decision of the Rudnensky city Maslikhat "On Amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat dated August 25, 2020 No. 510 "On the organization and holding of peaceful assemblies" was developed in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the procedure for organizing and holding peaceful Assemblies in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The purpose of the development of this draft decision is to ensure the safety of facilities and sites of strategic importance, as well as adjacent territories of facilities provided for in paragraph 5 of Article 9 of the Law "On the Procedure for Organizing and Holding Peaceful Assemblies in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The adoption of this decision does not entail socio–economic and/or legal consequences.
