The draft decision of Rudny city maslikhat «On the approval of the tourist contribution rate for foreigners for 2024 around the city of Rudny» was developed in accordance with paragraphs 2-10 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Local Government and Self- Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan», by Order of the Acting Minister of Tourism and Sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 27, 2023 № 347 «On Amendments in the Order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 14, 2023 № 181 «On approval of the Rules of paying the tourist fees for foreigners».
Adoption of this draft does not entail social-economic and/or legal consequences.
