Project «On introducing additions to the joint resolution of the akimat of the city of Rudny dated June 27, 2023 No. 552 and the decision of the Rudny city maslikhat dated June 27, 2023 No. 38 «On the establishment of benefits for certain categories of citizens of the city of Rudny for travel on public transport (except taxis)»» , developed in accordance with Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Transport in the Republic of Kazakhstan», the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan».
The purpose of the adoption of the project «On introducing amendments to the joint resolution of the akimat of the city of Rudny dated June 27, 2023 No. 552 and the decision of the Rudny city maslikhat dated June 27, 2023 No. 38 «On the establishment of benefits for certain categories of citizens of the city of Rudny for travel on public transport (except taxis) )»» is to introduce additions to the project for the following categories of citizens: honorary citizens of the city of Rudny, children aged 7 to 15 years, persons aged 15 to 18 years.
