to the draft decision of the maslikhat of the city of Rudny “On approval of the minimum amount of expenses for managing a condominium object and maintaining the common property of a condominium object in the city of Rudny for 2024”
The State Institution “Rudny City Department of Housing Relations” of the Akimat of the city of Rudny has developed a draft decision of the maslikhat of the city of Rudny “On approval of the minimum amount of expenses for managing a condominium facility and maintaining the common property of a condominium facility in the city of Rudny for 2024.”
The project was developed in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Housing Relations”, order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 166 “On approval of the Methodology for calculating cost estimates for the management of a condominium facility and maintenance the common property of the condominium object, as well as the methodology for calculating the minimum amount of expenses for managing the condominium object and maintaining the common property of the condominium object.”
The draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
