To the draft decision of the Rudny city maslikhat “On the budgets of the Gornyatsky and Kachar settlements for 2024-2026”
The state institution "Rudny City Department of Economics and Budget Planning" of the Akimat of the city of Rudny developed a draft decision of the Rudny city maslikhat "On amending the decision of the maslikhat of December 30, 2021 No. 94 "On the budgets of Gornyatsky and Kachar settlements for 2024-2026".The purpose of developing this draft decision is to clarify the parameters of the budgets of the Gornyatsky and Kachar settlements for 2024-2026.The project was developed in accordance with Articles 106, 109-1 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".The adoption of the draft is necessary in order to ensure the smooth functioning of budgetary institutions and state-owned enterprises in compliance with budgetary legislation, as well as the high-quality execution of the budget of Gornyatsky and Kachar settlements as of December 31, 2024.The draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.The draft decision is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts:
