The draft decision of Rudny city maslikhat “On approval of the rates of tourist fee for foreigners for 2023 on the city of Rudny” is developed in accordance with paragraphs 2-10 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan from July 14, 2023 № 181 “On approval of the Rules of payment of tourist fees for foreigners”.
Adoption of this draft does not entail social-economic and/or legal consequences.
