Press release to the draft decision of the Rudnensky city Maslikhat "On the provision of social support measures in 2023 to specialists in the field of healthcare, education who arrived to work in the village of Pertsevka in the city of Rudny"
The state institution "Rudnensky City Department of Economics and Budget Planning" of the Akimat of the city of Rudny has developed a draft decision of the Rudnensky city Maslikhat "On the provision of social support measures in 2023 to specialists in the field of health, education who arrived to work in the village of Pertsevka of the city of Rudny".
The purpose of the development of this draft decision is: to provide in 2023 measures of social support to specialists in the field of health, education, who arrived to work in the village of Pertsevka in the city of Rudny, lifting allowances and social support for the purchase or construction of housing.
The project was developed in accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas".
The draft of this regulatory legal act provides for:
- lifting allowance in the amount of 100 MCI;
- budget loans for the purchase or construction of housing in the amount of 1500 MCI.
The purpose of adopting this draft decision is to attract healthcare and education specialists to work in rural areas in order to develop the village of Pertsevka.
The draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
