To the draft decision of the Mayor of the city of Rudny "On amendments to the decision of the Mayor of the city of Rudny dated June 11, 2021 No. 1 "On the formation of polling stations in the city of Rudny".
The office of the mayor of the city of Rudny has developed a draft decision of the mayor of the city of Rudny "On amendments to the decision of the mayor of the city of Rudny dated June 11, 2021 No. 1 "On the formation of polling stations in the city of Rudny".
The draft was developed in accordance with article 23 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The rationale for the need to adopt a draft decision is to bring it into line with the current names of state bodies, the closure of the Rudnensky branch of the municipal state enterprise "Kostanay Regional Center of Phthisiopulmonology" of the Health Department of the Akimat of the Kostanay region.
The draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
