State Institution "Housing Inspection Department" of the Akimat of the city of Rudny developed a draft resolution of the Akimat of the city of Rudny "On amendments to the resolution of the Akimat of the city of Rudny dated December 28, 2021 No. 1618" On approval of the Rules for organizing and carrying out activities for the current or major repairs of facades, roofs of multi-apartment residential buildings aimed at giving a single architectural appearance to the city of Rudny, the villages of Kachar, Gornyatsky.
The project was developed in accordance with subparagraph 11) of paragraph 2 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On housing relations", with subparagraph 16-5) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law of the Republic Kazakhstan "On architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
