GU «Department of Housing Inspection» of the Akimat of the city of Rudny has developed a draft resolution of the Akimat of the city of Rudny «On approval of the minimum amount of expenses for the management of a condominium facility and maintenance of the common property of a condominium facility in the city of Rudny for 2023».
The project was developed in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Housing Relations», with subparagraph 15 of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan», Order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 166 «On approval of the Methodology for calculating the cost estimates for the management of a condominium facility and maintenance of the common property of a condominium facility, as well as methods for calculating the minimum amount of expenses for the management of the condominium object and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium object».
The draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
