To the draft decision Rudny city maslikhat "About city city budget of Ore for the years 2022-2024"
State institution "rudnenskiy city Department of economy and budget planning" of the akimat of Rudniy city has developed a draft resolution Rudny city maslikhat "About city city budget of Ore to 2022-2024".
The purpose of this draft decision is to approve the parameters of the city budget of the city of Rudny for 2022-2024.
The project was developed in accordance with article 75 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The adoption of the project is necessary in order to comply with budget legislation, ensure the smooth functioning of budget institutions and state-owned enterprises.
The draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
