PRESS RELEASE To the draft decision of the Rudnensky City Maslikhat "On Amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat of December 29, 2021 No. 92 "On the City Budget of the city of Rudny for 2022-2024»
The state institution "Rudnensky City Department of Economy and Budget Planning" of the Mayor's Office of the city of Rudny has developed a draft decision of the Rudnensky City Maslikhat "On Amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat of December 29, 2021 No. 92 "On the city Budget of the city of Rudny for 2022-2024".
The purpose of the development of this draft decision is to clarify the parameters of the city budget of the city of Rudny for 2022-2024.
The project was developed in accordance with Articles 106, 109 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2008, Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The adoption of the project is necessary in order to ensure the smooth functioning of budget institutions and state-owned enterprises in compliance with budget legislation, as well as the quality execution of the city budget of the city of Rudny as of December 31, 2022.
The draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
