regarding the draft resolution of the Rudny City Akimat "On Amending Resolution No. 237 of the Rudny City Akimat dated April 2, 2025, 'On Establishing a Public Easement over a Land Plot for the State Institution "Rudny City Construction Department" of the Rudny City Akimat'"
The State Institution "Rudny City Department of Land Relations" of the Rudny City Akimat has drafted a resolution of the Rudny City Akimat "On Amending Resolution No. 237 of the Rudny City Akimat dated April 2, 2025, 'On Establishing a Public Easement over a Land Plot for the State Institution "Rudny City Department of Construction" of the Rudny City Akimat'."
The draft resolution was developed in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
The draft resolution is not subject to posting on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts.
