regarding the draft resolution of the Rudny City Akimat "On amending Resolution No. 85 of the Rudny City Akimat dated February 9, 2026, 'On establishing a public easement for Vladimir Vladimirovich Zhurilov over a land plot'"
The State Institution "Rudny City Department of Land Relations" of the Rudny City Akimat has drafted a resolution of the Rudny City Akimat "On amending Resolution No. 85 of the Rudny City Akimat dated February 9, 2026, 'On establishing a public easement for Vladimir Vladimirovich Zhurilov over a land plot'."
The draft resolution was developed in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
The draft resolution is not subject to posting on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts.
