The State Institution "Rudny City Department of Land Relations" of the Akimat of the city of Rudny has developed a draft resolution of the Akimat of the city of Rudny "On the establishment of a public easement for the limited liability partnership "Polyclinic No. 2 of Rudny " on land plots."
The draft resolution was developed in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
