To the draft decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat "On approval of the Rules for providing social assistance, establishing its size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens"
The State institution Rudn City Department of Employment and Social Programs has developed a draft decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat "On approval of the Rules for providing social assistance, establishing its size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens" (hereinafter referred to as the draft decision).
The draft decision was developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Veterans", Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 No. 523 "On approval of Standard Rules for providing social assistance, establishing its size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens".
The main purpose of the draft decision is to establish clear Rules for the provision of social assistance, to establish its size and to determine the list of certain categories of needy citizens, to establish uniform types of social assistance in Kostanay region.
The draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
