To the draft decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat "On the cancellation of certain decisions of the Rudn City Maslikhat"
The State institution Rudn City Department of Employment and Social Programs has developed a draft decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat "On the cancellation of certain decisions of the Rudn City Maslikhat" (hereinafter referred to as the draft decision).
The draft decision was developed in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The purpose of adopting this draft decision is to bring it into line with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
