to the draft resolution of the Rudny City Akimat "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Rudny City Akimat dated December 28, 2021 No. 1618 "On Approval of the Rules for Organizing and Conducting Ongoing or Major Repairs of Facades and Roofs of Apartment Buildings aimed at giving a unified Architectural appearance to the city of Rudny, the villages of Kachar, Gornyatsky"
The Rudn City Department of Housing Relations of the Rudny City Akimat has developed a draft resolution of the Rudny City Akimat "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Rudny City Akimat dated December 28, 2021 No. 1618 "On Approval of the Rules for Organizing and Conducting Activities for ongoing or Major Repairs of facades and roofs of apartment buildings aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to the city Rudny, the villages of Kachar, Gornyatsky."
The project was developed in accordance with subparagraph 11) of paragraph 2 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", subparagraph 16-5) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
