to the draft resolution of the Akimat of the city of Rudny «On approval of the Rules for the provision of public services in the city of Rudny»
The Rudny City Department of Housing Relations of the Rudny City Akimat has developed a draft resolution of the Rudny City Akimat «On approval of the Rules for the provision of public utilities in the city of Rudny».
The project was developed in accordance with Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan», Article 35-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Legal Acts», Order No. 249 of the Acting Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 2020 «On approval of the list of utilities and Standard Rules for the provision of public utilities».
The draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
