On the provision of social support measures in 2025 to specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and the agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the offices of village mayors, rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural settlements of the Mendykarinsky district
In accordance with paragraphs 8, 9 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas", paragraph 12 of Article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 06, 2014 No. 72 "On approval of the size and Rules for the provision of measures social support to specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and the agro-industrial complex, civil servants of village akims' offices, settlements, rural districts, who arrived to work and live in rural settlements" (registered in the Register of State Registration of regulatory legal Acts under No. 9946) Mendykarinsky district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. In 2025, provide social support measures to specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and the agro-industrial complex, civil servants of village akims, rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural settlements of Mendykara district.:
1) lifting allowance in the amount equal to a hundredfold of the monthly calculation index;
2) social support for the purchase or construction of housing - a budget loan for specialists who have arrived:
to rural settlements that are the administrative centers of the district in an amount not exceeding two thousand five hundred times the monthly calculation index;
to rural settlements in an amount not exceeding two thousand times the monthly calculation index.
2. To establish that civil servants of the offices of akims of villages, settlements and rural districts who have arrived to work and live in rural settlements of the Mendykarinsky district receive a lifting allowance and social support for the purchase or construction of housing -a budget loan provided for in paragraph 1 of this decision, subject to the restrictions provided for in paragraph 12 of Article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
3. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
