On Amendments to Maslikhat Decision No. 89 dated December 28, 2023 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, Establishing its Size and Determining the List of Certain Categories of needy Citizens"
Mendykara district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Make the following amendment to the decision of the Maslikhat "On approval of the Rules for providing Social Assistance, establishing its size and determining the list of certain categories of needy Citizens" dated December 28, 2023 No. 89 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under № 10134-10):
Annex 1 to the said decision should be amended in accordance with the annex to this decision.
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
