On Amendments to Maslikhat Decision No. 96 dated February 15, 2024 "On providing social support in 2024 to specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and the agro-industrial complex, civil servants of village akims, rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural settlements of the Mendykarinsky district"
Mendykara district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To amend the decision of the Maslikhat "On providing social support in 2024 to specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and the agro-industrial complex, civil servants of village akims, rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural settlements of Mendykarinsky district" dated February 15, 2024 No. 96 as follows amendment:
the preamble of the said decision should be redrafted:
"In accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and Rural Areas", Order No. 72 of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 06, 2014 "On approval of the size and Rules for providing social support measures to specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the offices of akims of villages, towns, rural districts, to those who arrived to work and live in rural settlements" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 9946), the Mendykara District Maslikhat DECIDED: "
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication and shall apply to legal relations that have arisen since January 1, 2024.
