On Amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat No. 47 dated October 8, 2021 "On determining the procedure and amount of reimbursement for home schooling for children with disabilities from among children with disabilities according to an individual curriculum in the Mendykarinsky district"
Mendykara district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Make the following changes to the decision of the maslikhat "On determining the procedure and amount of reimbursement for home schooling of children with disabilities from among children with disabilities according to an individual curriculum in Mendykarinsky district" dated October 8, 2021 No. 47 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 24811):
paragraph 2 of the annex to the said decision should be set out in a new version:
"2. Reimbursement of the costs of home schooling for children with disabilities from among children with disabilities according to an individual curriculum (hereinafter referred to as reimbursement of tuition costs) is made by the state institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of Mendykarinsky district" (hereinafter referred to as the authorized body) on the basis of a certificate from an educational institution confirming the fact of a child's education with disability at home.";
paragraph 6 of the annex to the said decision should be set out in a new version:
"6. In order to reimburse tuition costs, the applicant applies to the authorized body through the non-profit joint stock company State Corporation Government for Citizens or the e-Government web portal (hereinafter referred to as the portal) with an application in accordance with Appendix 1 or 2 to the Rules for Reimbursement of Costs with the attachment of documents specified in the list of basic requirements to provide the state service "Reimbursement of the cost of home schooling for children with disabilities" in accordance with Appendix 3 to the Rules for Reimbursement of Costs.
When an applicant applies for the appointment of payment for reimbursement of training costs through the portal, a request to the information systems of state bodies and (or) organizations to confirm the information provided and obtain the necessary information provided in the application form in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Rules for Reimbursement of Costs is made by the applicant himself.".
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
