On amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat dated December 26, 2023 No. 83 "On budgets of villages, rural districts of Mendykarinsky district for 2024-2026"
Mendykara district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To make the following changes to the decision of the maslikhat "On budgets of villages, rural districts of Mendykarinsky district for 2024-2026" dated December 26, 2023 No. 83:
Paragraph 1 should be reworded:
"1. To approve the budget of the village of Tenizovskoye for 2024-2026 in accordance with Annexes 4, 5 and 6, respectively, including for 2024 in the following volumes:
1) income - 25 580.8 thousand tenge, including on:
tax revenues - 3,844,0 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts - 64.0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed assets - 0,0 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts - KZT 21,672.8 thousand;
2) costs - 28 464.8 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending - 0.0 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans - 0,0 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans - 0,0 thousand tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 0,0 thousand tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) - 2 884.0 thousand tenge;
6) financing of the budget deficit (using the surplus) - 2,884.0 thousand tenge.";
Paragraph 2 should be reworded:
"2. To approve the budget of the Lomonosov Rural District for 2024-2026 in accordance with Annexes 22, 23 and 24, respectively, including for 2024 in the following volumes:
1) income - 33,242.5 thousand tenge, including on:
tax revenues - KZT 12,034,0 thousand;
non-tax receipts - 0,0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed assets - 120.0 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts - KZT 21,088.5 thousand;
2) costs - 40,243.7 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending - 0,0 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans - 0,0 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans - 0,0 thousand tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 0,0 thousand tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) - 7,001,2 thousand tenge;
6) financing of the budget deficit (using the surplus) - 7,001,2 thousand tenge.";
Paragraph 3 should be reworded:
"3. Take into account that the budget of the Lomonosov rural district provides for the amount of subventions transferred from the district budget for 2024 in the amount of 16,109.0 thousand tenge and targeted current transfers in the amount of 4,979.5 thousand tenge.";
Paragraph 4 should be reworded:
"4. To approve the budget of the Mikhailovsky Rural District for 2024-2026 in accordance with Annexes 25, 26 and 27, respectively, including for 2024 in the following volumes:
1) income - 244,622.8 thousand tenge, including on:
tax revenues - 22 709.0 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts - 848.0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed assets - 1,136.0 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts - KZT 219,929.8 thousand;
2) costs - 259,192.2 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending - 0.0 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans - 0,0 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans - 0,0 thousand tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 0,0 thousand tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) - - 14 569.4 thousand tenge;
6) financing the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget - 14,569.4 thousand tenge.";
Paragraph 5 should be reworded:
"5. Take into account that the budget of the Mikhailovsky rural district provides for the amount of subventions transferred from the district budget for 2024 in the amount of 20,596.0 thousand tenge and targeted current transfers in the amount of 199,333.8 thousand tenge.";
Annexes 4, 22, 25 to the said decision should be set out in a new version in accordance with annexes 1, 2, 3 to this decision.
2. This decision shall enter into force on January 1, 2024.
