Regular meeting of the Mendykarinsky District Public Council
At the next meeting of the Mendykarinsky District Public Council, chaired by S.I. Ukina, the council members considered the issue "On the preparation for the heating season." The report was made by the head of the sector of the Department of Housing and Communal Services, passenger transport and highways E. V. Pristavko.
In general, the preparatory work for the heating season has been completed. The necessary coal reserves have been provided at all facilities of the education system, heated autonomously. The main supplier of thermal energy of the State Enterprise "Borovskoye Housing and Communal Services – 2016" has signed contracts for the supply of 4250 tons of coal of the Bogatyr brand and 3500 tons of the Shubarkol brand, a schedule for its delivery has been drawn up. In accordance with the schedule, 1400 tons of fuel were delivered. The readiness of the central boiler room is one hundred percent. Three new boilers, a new larger pipe and flues are installed here.
The design and estimate documentation for the construction of a new central boiler house has been developed. With a positive solution to this issue, construction will begin next year. In addition, by the end of November this year, new block-modular boiler houses will be installed at the Central District Hospital and the FOK under construction.
When discussing this issue, the members of the Public Council focused on the quality of heating. Since every year numerous complaints about the low temperature regime are received from residents of heated apartment buildings.
At the meeting of the Public Council, the issue "On the progress of repair of roads of regional significance and streets of settlements" was also considered. This year, 1 billion rubles have been allocated for repairs. 400 million tenge. The road construction of 5 streets in the villages of Kaskat and Krasnaya Presnya has been repaired. Repair work is being completed in the villages of Kamenskuralskoye, Vvedenka, Pervomayskoye, Borovskoye. The average repair of the Borovskoye-Uzynagash district road is being carried out for a total amount of 1.8 billion tenge. The project is designed for two years. Road repair work will continue in 2024.
The members of the Public Council had many questions about the quality of road repairs. Organizations that carry out technical supervision of repair work are working unsatisfactorily.

The recommendations of the Public Council were adopted on all the issues considered and sent to the relevant departments.
