Chief Specialist of the Department of legal and personnel work of the state institution" apparatus of mendykarinsky district maslikhat", Category E-4 (1 unit), official salary depending on the length of service from 100696 to 136444 tenge.
Functional responsibilities: organization and maintenance of accounting. Implementation of control over the targeted execution of budget funds, timely preparation and submission of reports in all established forms, registration and registration of documentation on public procurement, coordination and preparation of financing plans and reports on them with the manager. Compliance with the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the code of ethics of civil servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan, labor and performance discipline.Completion of training, retraining and advanced training at the expense of the relevant budget and the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Implementation of other tasks in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Basic requirements for the contest participant:
Higher or higher education: social sciences, economics and Business (Economics, Accounting and Audit, Finance, state and local government), post-secondary or public service experience of at least one year or at least two years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position of this category, technical and professional education, economics and management are allowed. If you have a higher or postgraduate education, work experience is not required.
Availability of competencies: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, orientation to the consumer of the service and its notification, honesty, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, activity management.
