the main specialist of the state institution "apparatus of Mendykarinsky district maslikhat", Category E-4 (1 unit), with a term of office from 195549 to 224624 tenge.
Functional responsibilities: organization and execution of works on physical and legal persons to the secretary of the maslikhat. Take into account and control the execution of completed applications. Organization of work on accounting and storage of completed cases, work with the district archive. Management of personal data, introduction of necessary records in a working book. Preparation and holding of competitions for vacant positions. The organization provides methods for evaluating the activities of administrative state servants of Corps "B". Taking into account the current and current documents, participation in the preparation of information materials for deputies and review materials under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Analysis of the quality of public services, preparation of statistical reports on personnel, including the information system of Personnel Management "E-Kyzmet".
Post-graduate or higher education: social sciences, economy and business, law, humanitarian Sciences, Education, Technical Sciences and technology, natural sciences, services, Agricultural Sciences.
Secondary or technical and professional education is provided: education, law, art and Culture, Services, economy and management, metrology, standardization and certification (by industry), communication, telecommunications and information technologies, construction and communal services, agriculture, veterinary medicine and ecology at the same time, not less than one year of experience of the state service or two years of experience in the field corresponding to functional areas of this category.
Experience of work in higher education is not required.
