ANNOUNCEMENT OF A COMPETITION FOR THE SELECTION OF MEMBERS OF THE WORKING GROUP ON THE FORMATION OF THE PUBLIC COUNCIL AND THE TIME AND PLACE OF MEETINGS OF THE WORKING GROUP
Mendykarinsky district maslikhat informs:
In accordance with paragraphs 2, 3 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Councils", paragraphs 4, 5, 6, 7 of the Model Regulation on the Public Council, approved by the Order of the Minister of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 26, 2021 No. 69 (hereinafter referred to as the Model Regulation), based on the order of the Secretary of Mendykarinsky District Maslikhat No. 50 of December 10, 2021 is holding a competition to select members of the Working Group on the Formation of the Public Council (hereinafter referred to as the Working Group).
The term of the competition is ten working days after the date of publication of the announcement of the competition.
Quantitative composition of the Working Group: 7 (seven) people.
Representation from a government agency: one third of the total number of members of the Working Group.
Representation from civil society: two-thirds of the total number of members of the Working Group. Representation from civil society is formed on the basis of proposals from non-profit organizations and citizens.

Operating mode: GU "Apparatus of Mendykarinsky district maslikhat" from 09.00 to 18.30 hours, lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours, weekend Saturday, Sunday.
Deadline for submission of documents: within five calendar days from the date of placement of the announcement (from December 13, 2021 to December 17, 2021 inclusive until 18.30 hours).
Paragraph 7 of the Model Provision establishes the following:
Citizens, representatives of non-profit organizations wishing to participate in the competition submit on purpose or send the following documents to the email address:
1) a citizen's application for candidacy to the Working Group in the form, according to *Annex 1 to the Model Provision;
2) a written proposal of a non-profit organization to nominate a candidate (if any) to be a member of the Working Group;
3) information about the candidate's professional and (or) social activities;
4) a copy of the identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
After the deadline for accepting documents, a list of candidates for the Working Group is formed within one working day.
Within five calendar days after the end of the formation of the list of candidates, a meeting of the Working Group with the participation of candidates to the Working Group is held.
A member of the working group on the formation of the Public Council is not allowed to participate in the competition for election to the members of the Public Council.
We inform you approximately that the meetings of the Working Group on the formation of the Public Council of the Mendykarinsky district of the region will be held on the following dates:
· First meeting on December 29, 2021
· Second meeting on January 28, 2022
The meetings will be held at the address: Borovskoye village, Korolev Street, 5, office No. 307, working phones: 24245, 24359.
Meetings can be transferred to a remote format depending on the epidemiological situation and current restrictions.
