On March 19, an extraordinary session of the city maslikhat was held under the chairmanship of Shutaeva G.O. The session was attended by: deputies of the city maslikhat, members of the akimat, heads of state institutions, representatives of the media. The agenda included 6 issues. Heard the head of the akim's apparatus N.N. the subordination of the village Krasnogorskoye. Since the village is located on the territory of the Kamystinsky district, the inhabitants of the village cannot exercise their rights to receive public services. In order to exclude the violation of the constitutional rights of the inhabitants of the village, the akimat and maslikhat of the city of Lisakovsk submitted a joint proposal to the akimat and maslikhat of the Kostanay region to change the subordination of the village of Krasnogorskoye - excluding the city of Lisakovsk from the administrative subordination, including the Kamystinsky district in the administrative subordination. Further, the deputies unanimously approved the voiced acting Acting Head of the State Institution «Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Akimat of Lisakovsk» S. Erofeeva changes to the budget of the city of Lisakovsk for 2021-2023. Clarification of the budget is associated with a change in the amounts of targeted current transfers from the regional budget, as well as the redistribution of funds between administrators of budget programs. The funds in the amount of 5601.0 thousand tenge were directed to the development of design and estimate documentation with a state examination of the project «Reconstruction of a part of the building of MC» Miras» for rental residential premises. Also, the deputies agreed on changes in the personnel of consultative and advisory bodies on interdepartmental issues.
