Recommendations:

to carry out extensive information and explanatory work through the media, social networks on the procedure for the provision of public services (constantly);
to implement a feedback system in social networks for prompt response to questions and appeals from citizens, to analyze appeals to identify typical problems and improve the quality of public services provided (constantly);
to provide public services in accordance with subordinate regulatory legal acts defining the procedure for their provision, in order to prevent violations of legal requirements, as well as to protect the rights and legitimate interests of service recipients (permanently);
place banners informing about the competence of the Agency (by the end of this year).
