The agenda:

1. Monitoring of the quality of the sidewalk under construction on Zhabagy – Batyr Street within the boundaries of Tobolsk-Bolashak Street.
2. Monitoring the condition of the sidewalk on the street.Republic within the boundaries of B.Mailina-Tobolskaya Street

Decision:

The following violations and comments were identified on the first issue:

1. Along Zhabagy - Batyr Street in the area of house 25 on the sidewalk, due to the impact of rainwater, a failure of the roadbed has been formed, which creates a danger to the movement of the population.

Also, in order to avoid the germination of grass during the construction of the sidewalk, it is recommended to provide for the laying of geotextiles.

2. The exits from the sidewalk are filled with cement mortar, which is short-lived.
3. In the area of the RESA, during the inspection, chips were found on the corners of the tiles, sanding the tiles and ramming has not yet been carried out.

Recommendations are attached.

On the second question:

1. On the street.Republic within the boundaries of B.Mailina-Tobolskaya streets, multiple tile irregularities were found in the area of house 78.

In the area of house 84, there is a deep sinkhole on the sidewalk, which creates a danger to the movement of the population.

2. Also in the area of house 84, when installing gas pipeline supports, trees were cut down that were not removed in a timely manner.

Recommendations are attached.

On the basis of this protocol, as well as within the framework of the implementation of the recommendations submitted in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Councils", the Akim of the Ayet rural district must take appropriate measures and provide a reasoned response within ten working days.
