AUTHORIZED PERSON TO ACCESS THE INFORMATION
The main functions of the Commissioner include:
monitoring the content of an Internet resource of a public authority (EPIRGO);
ensuring the placement of information stands in the premises occupied by the state body, as well as access to them for disabled people;
monitoring the placement and timely updating of open data and budget information / providing responses to requests received in the blog of the first head / providing responses to comments on draft NPA and budget programs / conducting surveys and Internet conferences / posting entries in the blog of the first head on the portals of "Open Government»;
coordination of the work of structural divisions and departments to ensure access to public meetings of the state body (with online broadcast in social networks);
monitoring of the content of the "Document Library" module on the Intranet Portal of Public Authorities (IPGO);
analysis of the information frequently requested by the public from the public authority, and ensuring its placement in the public domain (on the website, on the open data portal, etc.).);
preparation of materials for leadership and participation in meetings of the Commission on Access to Information;
control over the implementation of the recommendations of the Commission on Access to Information and timely submission of information on the implementation of the protocol decisions of the Commission to the Ministry of Information and Public Development (hereinafter-MIOR);
participation in the preparation of the annual report to the Head of State on the state of access to information of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation;
formation of reporting information in the direction of "Openness of the state body" for submission to the R & D department as part of the annual assessment of the effectiveness of the activities of state bodies;
ensuring the implementation of the recommendations reflected in the conclusion of the Commission on the Evaluation of the Effectiveness of state Bodies under the Presidential Administration, as well as in the conclusion of the authorized evaluation body (MIOR) based on the results of the annual evaluation of the effectiveness of state bodies (in the direction of "Openness of the state body").»);
organization of training of employees of its state body on issues of information openness with the involvement of MIOR, JSC "National Information Technologies" and other competent authorities and organizations;
interaction with the IOE, the media, NGOs and other interested bodies and organizations on access to information, including the organization and holding of meetings;
monitoring of ensuring the openness of the activities of subordinate organizations of the state body (filling out the website, posting open data, blogging of the first head);
development of proposals for improving the state policy in the field of access to information and improving the work of the state body to ensure the availability and openness of information and others
