The akim Eraly Tugzhanov awarded the "Parasat" Order

The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, awarded the akim of the Mangystau region, Eraly Tugzhanov, with the Order of Parasat.

The “Parasat” Order was established in 1993. The “Parasat” Order is awarded to science and culture, literature and art figures, state and public figures, as well as citizens who have made a great personal contribution to the development and multiplication of the spiritual and intellectual potential of the Republic, or for their active work in protecting human rights and social interests.
