In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Regulation of Trade activities", By the Order of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2015 No. 282 "On approval of the rules for setting the threshold values of retail prices for socially significant food products and the size of the maximum allowable retail prices for them" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 11245) and the minutes of the meeting of the commission on approval of the size of the maximum allowable Retail prices for socially important food products dated October 06, 2022 No. 01-02/164 Akimat of Mangystau region DECIDES:
To approve the size of the maximum allowable retail prices for socially significant food products in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
The State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Trade of Mangystau region" to ensure the state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Control over the implementation of this resolution should be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the Mangystau region.
This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
