The procedure for the provision of public services is established in the standard and regulations of public services.
The state services of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Trade of the Mangystau region are provided free of charge.
In accordance with the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 24, 2015 No. 352 "On approval of standards of public services in the field of entrepreneurship" (registered by Order No. 28 dated April 19, 2014), the Department provides 2 types of services:
1. Provision of state grants for the implementation of new business ideas within the framework of the State Business Support and Development Program "Business Roadmap 2020"
2. Providing support for the development of production (industrial) infrastructure within the framework of the State Business Support and Development Program "Business Roadmap 2020"
According to the results of internal control over the quality of public services for 2019:

The number of services rendered through the state corporation " Government for Citizens" is 0.
The number of motivated refusals to provide public services is 43.
The number of public services rendered in violation of the established deadlines due to the fault of the state body is 0, there are no complaints.
The number of persons brought to disciplinary responsibility for violating the requirements of standards and regulations of public services is 0.
The number of disciplinary penalties imposed is 0, including warnings, reprimands and no severe reprimands.
The number of seminars, meetings, round tables on the quality of public services - 8.
In 2018, the number of public services rendered was 0, and in 2019 it increased by 14 units.
