Reference on the indicator of "Investments in fixed capital" in the Mangystau region for the first quarter of 2023
According to the results of 2022, 762.2 billion tenge of investments in fixed assets were attracted, the physical volume index (PVI) amounted to 115.8%, including the volume of private investments amounted to 704.5 billion tenge, or PVI – 117.4% (the volume of private investments in 2021 amounted to 567.3 billion tenge).
For reference. In the direction of use , the structure of investments in fixed assets is as follows:
- Industry – 439.6 billion tenge. (57,7%);
- Real estate transactions – 169.1 billion tenge. (22,2%);
- Transport and warehousing – 75.3 billion tenge. (9,9%);
- Art, entertainment and recreation – 24.7 billion tenge. (3,2%);
- Construction – 18.2 billion tenge. (2,4%);
- Healthcare – 8.8 billion tenge. (1,2%);
- Other – 26.4 billion tenge. (3,5%).
At the same time, according to the results of the 1st quarter of 2023, 184.1 billion tenge of investments in fixed assets were attracted, the physical volume index (PVI) amounted to 129.2%, including the volume of private investments amounted to 177.6 billion tenge, or PVI – 132.4% (the volume of private investments in 2021 amounted to 128.9 billion tenge).

- Industry – 106.0 billion tenge. (57,6%);
- Transport and warehousing – 30.5 billion tenge. (16,6%);
- Real estate transactions – 21.6 billion tenge. (11,7%);
- Professional, scientific and technical activities – 16.8 billion tenge.(9,1%);
- Public administration and defense; compulsory social security – 4.6 billion tenge (2.5%);
- Other – 4.5 billion tenge. (2,5%).
